Based on the design, industrial stainless steel hoppers are constructed for loading and unloading of materials, according to the design or to specific requests of the customer. The conical hoppers are basically simple rimmed cones, with a minimum thickness of 2mm and reduced diameter, used in the dosing or filling machines in food and chemical or cosmetic products. Other cones with wider diameters and with thickness up to 4 mm are mounted on machines for the manufacture of flour and powders. Very often, to increase the capacity, an additional plating is welded on the upper rim of the cone, proportionate to the height of the cone. The loading and unloading hoppers useful to convey the raw materials, are built with irregular shapes: squared, rectangular and circular. They are offset, with variable heights and inclination angles and are mounted on the packaging lines of food products and otherwise. The material with which are made is always in stainless steel or aluminium, depending on usage. The shapes and sizes vary depending on the project. In case where the upper section is rectangular, the finish result can be pickled, satin, beaded, Teflon-coated or polished mirror. This type of hopper can be completed with supporting legs and with a lid.
